Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services. These terms govern your use of Kitchen Kraft's services and protect both parties' interests.

1. Service Agreement
Kitchen Kraft provides modular kitchen design, manufacturing, and installation services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All designs, quotations, and project timelines are subject to site conditions and client approvals.
We reserve the right to modify designs based on technical feasibility and structural requirements.
2. Warranties & Guarantees
We provide a 10-year warranty on modular kitchen cabinets and hardware against manufacturing defects.
Warranty covers structural integrity, hardware functionality, and finish quality under normal usage conditions.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Electrical appliances and third-party products carry manufacturer warranties as specified.
3. Payment Terms
A 40% advance payment is required upon design approval and order confirmation.
30% payment is due upon material delivery to the site.
Remaining 30% payment must be completed upon project completion and handover.
All payments should be made via bank transfer, cheque, or online payment methods.
Delays in payment may result in project delays and additional charges.
4. Project Timeline
Standard project timelines range from 25-45 days from order confirmation, depending on project scope.
Timelines are subject to site readiness, client approvals, and material availability.
Any changes to approved designs may extend the project timeline.
We will notify clients of any anticipated delays and work to minimize impact.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure site readiness including completed civil work, electrical points, and plumbing as per approved layout.
Timely approvals for designs, materials, and color selections are required to maintain project schedules.
Clients must provide safe access to the installation site and adequate workspace for our team.
Any site-related delays or additional work required will be charged separately.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made before production begins: 90% refund of advance payment (10% processing fee).
Cancellations after production begins: Refund amount will be calculated after deducting material and labor costs incurred.
No refunds for cancellations after installation has commenced.
Custom-made items and special-order materials are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kitchen Kraft is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for damage to existing structures, utilities, or property not directly related to our scope of work.
Our liability is limited to the total contract value of the project.
Clients must inspect and approve work at each milestone; post-approval changes may incur additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Kitchen Kraft remain our intellectual property.
Clients may not reproduce, share, or use our designs for other projects without written permission.
Photography and videography of completed projects may be used for our marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.
All legal matters will be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
10. Modifications to Terms
Kitchen Kraft reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of significant changes to terms for ongoing projects.
Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
